AMB Property Corporation Renews Its Global Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- AMB Property Corporation (NYSE: AMB), a leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced the early renewal and expansion of one of its senior unsecured revolving lines of credit in the amount of $600 million, an increase of $50 million.
The four-year credit facility includes a multi-currency component, under which funds can be drawn in U.S. dollars, yen, euros and pounds sterling. The line of credit, which matures in March 2014, may be extended at AMB's option for one year and can be increased to $800 million within the next 30 months. Pricing for both the U.S. dollar and multi-currency components is based on the credit rating of AMB's long-term debt and is currently 185 basis points over the applicable LIBOR index, with a 35 basis point annual facility fee.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated jointly arranged the facility for a syndicate of 15 U.S. and international banks; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the administrative agent; J.P. Morgan Europe Limited is the administrative agent for alternative currencies; Bank of America, N.A. is the syndication agent, PNC Bank, NA, The Bank of Nova Scotia and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. are documentation agents; and Compass Bank, US Bank, NA and Union Bank, N.A. are the managing agents.
