Amanda D.H. Allen Promoted To CFO At Edible Arrangements®

WALLINGFORD, Conn., Aug. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Edible Arrangements International today announced that Amanda D.H. Allen, vice president of finance and accounting, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the global leader offering creatively designed fresh cut fruit arrangements and the increasingly popular Edible To Go® treats.

Prior to joining Edible in 2015, Allen's career began in consumer & retail investment banking at UBS and included corporate finance and strategic planning leadership roles at PepsiCo, a Fortune 50 food and beverage company, Starwood Hotels, a primarily managed and franchised hospitality company, and Waterworks, a founder-led and private equity backed retailer. 

Allen, a resident of Darien, holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, where she graduated with honors.  

Allen succeeds Tony DiPippa, who will take on an expanded role overseeing the day-to-day operations of Edible and working closely with Farid to manage his portfolio of companies.
