ROSEVILLE, Calif., Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Always Best Care® Senior Services, one of the leading senior care franchise systems in the United States, announced that it has opened its third franchise in Illinois. Always Best Care of DuPage provides senior care services in the Chicagoland area, including surrounding communities such as Bloomingdale, Lombard, Hinsdale, Wheaton, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Oak Brook, and Darien. The home care agency is partly owned and operated by local Bloomingdale resident Dave Pawelek.
Always Best Care is one of the nation's leading providers of non-medical in-home care, assisted living placement services and skilled home health care. The company delivers its services through an international network of more than 200 independently owned and operated franchise territories throughout the United States and Canada.
"We are very pleased to welcome Dave and his partners as our newest franchise owners," said Jake Brown, President of Always Best Care. "The team's background in healthcare and business, coupled with their commitment to helping others, will help the business thrive within the Chicagoland area."
Prior to joining Always Best Care, Pawelek held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Alliances for the Chicago Wolves. Before leading the Chicago Wolves, he spent over a decade at The Walt Disney Company where he received formal training in customer service and cast member retention and coaching. Pawelek plans to apply these skills, along with his business and leadership experience to his new role at Always Best Care of DuPage. The agency has appointed Cindy Friscia, licensed practical nurse, as its volunteer care coordinator and supervisor. Friscia holds a Masters in Public Health and brings more than 30 years of experience in health care services to the business.
"As a local Bloomingdale resident for more than ten years, I have decided, along with my business partners, to bring a much needed service to our local area," said Pawelek. "As a new provider in senior care, our team was drawn to being able to help clients who are in search of quality care provided by our professionally trained caregivers."
By working with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, doctors, and families, Always Best Care franchise owners provide affordable, comprehensive solutions that can be specifically matched to meet a client's particular physical or social needs. The hallmark services of the Always Best Care include non-medical in-home care and assisted living finder and referral services, with skilled home health care now being phased in throughout the country.
