Alure Home Improvements to Hold 4th Annual Free Design & Planning Show For Long Island

EAST MEADOW, N.Y., Jan. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Alure Home Improvements is holding their 4th annual Design & Planning Show on Martin Luther King weekend to help educate the community with remodeling seminars, games, prizes, food and more.

The event is Saturday, January 15^th through Monday, January 17^th, from 10am - 5pm each day. The show is open to the public and will include free remodeling and home improvement educational seminars, kids' activities and games, free food drinks, raffles, prizes and special promotions for those attending.  Prizes include a 50-inch plasma TV, and iPad, New York Islanders tickets, Theatre tickets, and more. Seminars will cover all facets of home improvements including energy efficiency and savings, a five day bathroom remodel, cooking seminars and much more.

Alure is even running a contest for aspiring journalists to share why they should be chosen to win an HD FlipCam and become Alure's official roaming reporter for weekend covering the show.
