Altitude Organic Corp Attends International Students for Sensible Drug Policy Conference Today in Denver
Invited SSDP attendees slated to tour Altitude Organic Denver offices and partner facilities.
PHOENIX and DENVER, March 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Altitude Organic Corporation, a subsidiary of Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB:OTCBB), announced today that it is attending the 13th annual International Students for Sensible Drug Policy conference today in Denver, Colorado. The conference is held in select cities nationwide and is hosted by Washington DC based Students for Sensible Drug Policy, SSDP (http://ssdp.org/).
Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) is led by executive director Aaron Houston who oversees a national staff that coordinates students on over 200 campuses around the world. SSDP is an international grassroots network of students who are concerned about the impact drug abuse has on our communities, but who also know that the "War on Drugs" is failing our generation and our society.
SSDP mobilizes and empowers young people to participate in the political process - pushing for sensible policies to achieve a safer and more just future, while fighting back against counterproductive Drug War policies, particularly those that directly harm students and youth.
Altitude Organic president Brian Cook stated, "We are pleased to be in attendance and to show our support for the critical grassroots network that Students for Sensible Drug Policy has garnered around the world. Both SSDP and Altitude Organic Corp support ending unjust policies that target college-aged students while hindering economic recovery in the process. We are taking several International attendees on a tour of local Altitude Organic and partner facilities before the conference today."
