Robert N. Pinkerton Brings Exemplary Financial and Management Experience

Pinkerton will serve as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. With more than 25 years of experience managing global and domestic financial operations, strategic growth opportunities, M&A and acquisition integration, capital raising, and the investment community, Pinkerton will oversee all aspects of Alpine Access' financial and accounting operations as well as the investment community and access to the capital markets. As a member of the executive leadership team, he will also play a key role in helping determine the strategic direction of the company and have significant responsibility for helping the company achieve its financial goals.

After over 12 years as an investment banker, focusing on M&A and leveraged buyouts, Pinkerton became Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Divisional CFO, and Corporate Treasurer for CSG Systems, International, Inc., a publicly traded leader in customer care and billing software and services. While at CSG, Pinkerton was responsible for raising over $700mm of capital, helping set and execute on the company's growth strategies, and managing the financial operations of the Global Software and Services Division. After a successful career at CSG, Pinkerton became a member of the Board and Transitional CEO of a consumer products company, mix1 Beverage Company, that most recently received an investment from the Hershey Corporation.
