alpha-En Corporation Files Audited Annual Reports on Form 10-K with the SEC for 2014 and 2015

TARRYTOWN, N.Y., Oct. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- alpha-En Corporation (OTC PINK: ALPE), an innovative clean technology company focused on enabling next-generation battery technologies by producing high purity lithium metal and associated products, announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Annual Reports on form 10-K for the years 2014 and 2015.

alpha-En Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board Jerome Feldman commented, "Since 2008, we have been primarily focused on developing sustainable technologies to produce high purity lithium metal for use in batteries and the nuclear power industry.
