(the "Company") announced that it has scheduled a conference call for its current bondholders to be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time (9:00 a.m. Central) to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.  The Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 9, 2010.

Alon Refining Krotz Springs, Inc., a subsidiary of Alon USA Energy, Inc.
