The hotel, which has been managed by Commonwealth Hotels since opening in 2009, has a new General Manager as well. Josh has over 22 years of customer service experience, 15 of these years in hospitality.  His service experience is extensive, working many different management positions in Arizona with both Hilton and Marriott brands.  Josh joined the Aloft Phoenix Airport hotel as well as Commonwealth Hospitality in November 2017.
