Almost Never Films Inc. Unveils Partnership with Brian Hooks to Produce Feature Film "Love Is Not Easy"

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Almost Never Films Inc. (OTCQB: HLWD), a publicly traded independent film company based in Los Angeles, California, and Saisam Entertainment are partnering to develop and produce motion picture project "Love Is Not Easy."

Danny Chan, CEO of Almost Never Films Inc., Frank Gillen, and Brian Hooks, President of Saisam Entertainment, will serve as lead producers of "Love Is Not Easy." Brian Hooks will also be engaged as the writer and director of the movie.

Brian Hooks is a highly prolific actor, producer, writer, and director. He has had starring roles in feature films such as the smash hit, Fool's Gold, with Matthew McConaughey, Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and seventeen other films. as well as television (most notably as a series regular on UPN's Eve from 2003-06.) Brian has also enjoyed remarkable success as a leading star, producer and director in numerous highly profitable independent films.

Saisam Entertainment will contribute its development and producing services and the original screenplay, while Almost Never Films Inc. will make financial contributions and participate in the development and production process to make the laughter-packed film a box office success.

The deal was negotiated by Danny Chan of Almost Never Films Inc. and Brian Hooks of Saisam Entertainment. Legal representation for Almost Never was provided by Cohen Gardner LLP.
