Company Intends to Comply Fully with Request

(Nasdaq: AFAM), a leading regional provider of home health nursing services, has received an inquiry letter from the U.S. Senate Finance Committee regarding an article in the April 26, 2010 edition of The Wall Street Journal. The Company intends to cooperate fully with the Committee's request for information related to the Company's historical home health operations.
