Almost Family Announces Acquisition of Fayette County Memorial Hospital Home Health Agency
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 2, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Almost Family, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFAM) today announced that it has acquired the assets of the Medicare-certified home health agency owned by Fayette County Memorial Hospital located in Washington Court House, OH.

The agency generated approximately $0.6 million of revenue in 2009. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
