Allstate to Donate $100,000 to Puget Sound Public Schools
K-12 Schools in Western Washington to Benefit
BOTHELL, Wash., April 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Many public schools throughout the state of Washington are facing significant budget cuts. Today, Allstate announced it is donating $100,000 to help support Western Washington schools.
From April 25, 2011 through June 10, 2011, Allstate's 'Cash for Your Class' campaign will donate $100,000 to public K-12 schools in the Puget Sound area. Allstate is asking the public to decide where the $100,000 donation will go by visiting www.Cash4YourClass.org to vote for their local school. Based on the percentage of total households from each school that voted, ten schools will each receive $10,000.
