Allstate Assisting Homeowners After Hurricane Irene

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Allstate (NYSE: ALL) has set up 17 Mobile Claims Centers to help residents in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut following Hurricane Irene.

These self-contained mobile claims offices are equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity so Allstate's National Catastrophe Team can provide customer claim support in areas hardest hit by the hurricane.

By visiting a Mobile Claims Center, Allstate customers will be able to start the claims process and ask questions about their claim.
