Allstate Announces Preferred Stock Dividends

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today announced preferred stock dividends to be paid in April 2014.

Series A Preferred Stock Dividend
The Allstate Corporation declared a dividend at an annual rate equal to 5.625% on the corporation's series A preferred stock for the dividend period from January 15, 2014 through April 14, 2014. Accordingly, holders will receive $0.3515625 per depositary share. This series A preferred stock dividend will be payable in cash on April 15, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014. 

Series C Preferred Stock Dividend
The Allstate Corporation declared a dividend at an annual rate equal to 6.75% on the corporation's series C preferred stock for the dividend period from January 15, 2014 through April 14, 2014. Accordingly, holders will receive $0.421875 per depositary share. This series C preferred stock dividend will be payable in cash on April 15, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014. 

Series D Preferred Stock Dividend
The Allstate Corporation declared a dividend at an annual rate equal to 6.625% on the corporation's series D preferred stock for the dividend period from December 16, 2013 through April 14, 2014. Accordingly, holders will receive $0.5474826389 per depositary share. This series D preferred stock dividend will be payable in cash on April 15, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014.
