WICHITA FALLS, Texas, Feb. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Allred-Thompson-Mason-Daugherty Insurance (ATMD) agency, a fixture in Wichita Falls, Texas, since 1988, is doing business under the name of Higginbotham effective January 1, 2015. Higginbotham, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of the largest independent insurance firms in the U.S. with more than 20 locations statewide serving businesses and individuals. The firms merged in 2008.

ATMD was formed with the union of two well-established Wichita Falls insurance agencies, Allred-Thompson and Mason-Daugherty. Today, the Wichita Falls office employs 40 personnel and has all the insurance, risk management and employee benefit capabilities of Higginbotham.
