Allied Wallet Becomes a MasterCard Acquirer and Principal Member

LOS ANGELES, July 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Wallet, a global leader in online credit card processing, multi-currency merchant services, state-of-the-art payment processing, digital eWallet solutions, software development, and a PCI Level 1 payment gateway, has recently been deemed a Principal Member of MasterCard.

Effective as of June 13, 2013, Allied Wallet is an official member of MasterCard as an acquirer. Allied Wallet has been given its own MasterCard BIN, Bank Identification Number. With this BIN, Allied Wallet will be able to assign MIDs, Merchant Identification Numbers, to merchants at even lower discount rates.

This simplifies the processes of opening an account and accepting credit cards with Allied Wallet and enables merchants to see live processing in as little as 12 hours.

Merchant and customer transactions will all be monitored and protected under Allied Wallet's in-house, PCI Level 1 Security. This ensures merchants and consumers fraud protection in all payments. All transactions are kept under persistent monitoring and are run through a proprietary Fraud Scrub System to protect merchants.
