Allied Specialty Vehicles Appoints Matt Scheuler President of Collins Bus Corporation
ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Specialty Vehicles, Inc. (ASV), a leading manufacturer of motor vehicles for commercial, fire & emergency and recreation markets, today announced that Matt Scheuler has been promoted to president of Collins Bus Corporation and will report directly to Tim Sullivan, ASV president and CEO. Since February of this year, Scheuler has been vice president of sales and marketing at Collins, which is located in South Hutchinson, Kan. and is the largest Type A school bus and multi function school activity bus (MFSAB) manufacturer in North America.

Before being appointed vice president of sales and marketing earlier this year, Scheuler was director of sales at Collins and responsible for the company's western region territories in the United States and Canada. Prior to this, he held several other positions of increasing responsibility at Collins since joining the company in 2001. Scheuler earned his bachelor degree from Wichita State University.
