Allied Specialty Vehicles Appoints Don Stebbins to Board of Directors
ORLANDO, Fla., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), a leading +$1.3 billion sales producer of specialty vehicles to the Fire & Emergency, Commercial & Industrial, and Recreational Vehicles markets worldwide, today announced the appointment of Don Stebbins to its Board of Directors.
Until recently, Stebbins was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Visteon. Prior to joining Visteon he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Lear Corporation's operations in Europe, Asia and Africa, following the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Lear Corporation's operations in the Americas. Before joining Lear in 1992, Stebbins held positions at Bankers Trust Co. and Citibank. He also currently serves on the boards of WABCO Holdings, Inc., and ITT Corp.
