Allied Specialty Vehicles Appoints CEO
ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), Orlando FL, a $1 billion revenue, privately held company comprised of industry leading brands in Fire & Emergency, Recreation & Commercial specialty vehicle segments, announced today the appointment of Peter Guile as CEO of ASV.
Mr. Guile replaces Randall Swift who has been appointed CEO of Heil Trailer International, Co. Mr. Swift will remain involved with ASV as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Peter Guile, 46, most recently served as CEO of E-ONE, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ASV and held a board position with ASV. Guile plans to continue to lead E-ONE for the immediate future as part of his role as CEO of Allied Specialty Vehicles.
