HOUSTON, Aug. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Allied Orion Group has been selected to manage The Collective Glendale – a collection of five newly renovated apartment communities in the Metro Denver area. Owned by Arel Capital, The Collective Glendale is comprised of 537 apartment homes within five central Denver communities: Vantage Point, The Birch, Four Mile Flats, Infinity Flats and Park Point Apartments.

Situated within minutes from each other, The Collective Glendale communities offer easy freeway access to the I-25 corridor, close proximity to the Colorado Light Rail and convenient commuting to downtown Denver and the Tech Center. All five communities are located next to Infinity Park—a 16-acre complex that hosts the first municipal rugby stadium, sports center and high altitude-training center.
