HOUSTON, Sept. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of alliantgroup's continued commitment and investment to employee health and well-being, the firm kicked-off their 5k running season by participating in the Houston Texans Running of the Bulls 5k at NRG Park. Each month as part of the firm's wellness program, employees, families and friends participate in a different 5k race to raise money for children's charities and other community causes.
The races have become a yearly tradition at alliantgroup and are an excellent way to stay healthy while still having fun and engaging in friendly competition. They also help to build a strong camaraderie among employees by giving co-workers the chance to see one another outside of an office setting. With about 100 employees participating in each month's race, together, the team has completed 28 races and logged over 5,000 miles.
"One of my core goals has been to create the best work environment possible, one that ensures our employees meet their full potential," said Dhaval Jadav, alliantgroup CEO. "Our company's investment in health and wellness goes hand-in-hand with investing in the future of our employees. Our firm will always remain committed to the wellbeing of our people."
alliantgroup's mission is one of education and awareness—the firm exists to help U.S. businesses and their CPAs properly identify and claim all available government-sponsored tax incentives.
