In her new role, Montenegro will be leading a team of experienced attorneys responsible for defending clients from audits from the IRS and state taxation agencies.

An experienced lawyer with a JD from the University of Arizona, a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Marymount University and a strong background in complex commercial litigation, Montenegro first joined alliantgroup's TCS department as a Senior Associate in February 2015. Since then, she has worked with a wide-range of U.S. businesses, helping to defend and navigate clients through the audit process. In her time with the firm, Montenegro has helped sustain eight figure audit results while giving clients a better understanding of IRS processes and guidelines. In her new position, Montenegro will be serving as a mentor and leader for the TCS team.
