With respect to the Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.05170, which represents a decrease of $0.00669 from the $0.058390 per share previously paid by the Fund.
With respect to the AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.05520, which represents a decrease of $0.00718 from the $0.062380 per share previously paid by the Fund.
The decreases are intended to align the Funds' monthly distributions with their respective current and projected earnings power.
