PHOENIX, Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Residential is growing, and expanding the areas in which we lead our company into 2019 and beyond. We are excited to announce three promotions within our operations team: Robert Hicks will serve as Division President over the Southwest and Mountain regions; Stephanie Nascimento will serve as Division President over the Central and Southeast regions; and Tracy Brunetti will serve as Division President for the West Coast regions.

"As Division Presidents, they will continue focusing their efforts on crafting, communicating, and implementing our vision, mission and direction while continuing to drive the work of other key leaders and teams within their regions."
Mr. Hicks is responsible for overseeing property operations across Alliance's 155 communities in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah, totaling nearly 38,000 units. Hicks' tenure with Alliance started in 2007 and he has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Alliance, Hicks was a Vice President for both Mark-Taylor Residential and Family Housing Resources. He graduated from Arizona State University and is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. He is a current member and past board chairman for the Arizona Multi-Housing Association.
Ms. Nascimento has more than 19 years of experience in the multifamily industry and, since joining Alliance in 2006, has grown Alliance's Central and Southeast region to more than 32,000 units. Previously, Nascimento was the Senior Vice President for these regions. Her background includes positions with Gables Residential and Equity Residential. Nascimento graduated from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Austin Apartment Association.
Ms. Brunetti is responsible for the operational oversight of 39,000-plus apartment homes throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Brunetti 's 34 years of multifamily experience began in Houston, and prior to her roles with Alliance, she worked for GreyStone/Greystar and Prometheus Real Estate Group. Brunetti has a CPM designation, and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the San Diego Apartment Association. She attended the University of Houston and Chamberlain School of Real Estate.
