NEW YORK, Sept.17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance New York Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (formerly traded on the NYSE under the symbol AYN), today announced on this date, September 17, 2015, the liquidating distribution of $14.38 per share of Common Stock, payable on September 21, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2015.

As previously announced, the Fund's stockholders have approved the liquidation and dissolution of the Fund.
