Alliance Benefit Group Announces New Executive Director

PEORIA, Ill., April 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Benefit Group, (ABG), one of the nation's largest retirement plan providers serving small- and mid-sized companies, has announced that Don (Mac) Mackanos has been named Executive Director effective immediately. Mr. Mackanos joins ABG from TRUSTIVO, a retirement technology company. Prior to that, he ran the Retirement Services segment for SunGard. Mr. Mackanos will spearhead the company's efforts to expand the brand nationally and recruit new licensees to the ABG network. He will also focus on creating new revenue opportunities for the licensees as they continue to provide the most comprehensive retirement platform available to small- and mid-sized employers across the country.
