AUSTIN, Texas, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Association Management, an Associa company, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Megan Scruggs to Director of Real Estate Management Services and Trung Q. Pham to Controller.

Scruggs has enjoyed a career in residential property management for more than 10 years and is a member of the Austin Supervisors Council and the Education Committee of the Austin Apartment Association.  

Pham has more than six years experience in accounting, including extensive accounting work at BMW of Austin and is a graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Economics and Psychology.
