Allen Roberts Named Vice President Operations Cox Virginia
CHESAPEAKE, Va., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Allen Roberts has been appointed Vice President of Operations for Cox Virginia. In this role, Roberts oversees Cox's extensive hybrid-fiber network and commercial services in Roanoke, Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia. He reports out of the Cox Northern Virginia office.

As Vice President of Operations, Roberts oversees all network engineering, maintenance and repair functions. He also manages technical network support activities. Allen's expertise in this area will help Cox to further stretch to provide even more customization options and productivity for the Cox Virginia system," adds McCollum.
In fulfilling his commercial services responsibilities, Roberts oversees state-wide strategic planning for Cox Business. - J.D. Myers, Vice President Cox Business, Northern Virginia
- Kim Stanley, Vice President Operations and Cox Business, Roanoke
Finally, in his more than 25 year career, Roberts has worked with such firms as AT&T and XO Communications. He is a graduate of Kansas State University, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. He also has completed the Thunderbird International School of Business Management, located in Phoenix. Within the community, he has served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Oklahoma, the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa, and the Greater Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.
