PASCO, Wash., April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT) and its subsidiary low-cost airline, Allegiant Air, LLC, today announced new, nonstop jet service to Los Angeles from Tri-Cities Regional Airport will begin June 3. The company known for its great travel deals will offer the Tri-Cities community the star treatment with fares as low as $59.99* one-way and a FREE** night hotel stay at Allegiant preferred hotels in the popular, sunny Southern California region. Today only, the airline is also offering an extremely limited number of fares as low as $19.99*** one-way to/from Los Angeles.

The new flights will operate two times weekly between the Tri-Cities Regional Airport (PSC) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with service Thursday and Sunday. Beginning June 3, flights will depart the Tri-Cities at 10:20 a.m. arriving in Los Angeles at 12:40 p.m. Flights leaving Los Angeles will depart at 7:20 a.m. arriving in the Tri-Cities at 9:40 a.m. (all flight times are local). Allegiant Air offers low-cost, nonstop service to two other destinations from the Tri-Cities, Las Vegas and Phoenix-Mesa, Ariz.
The airline commented market research and input from local community leaders indicate the Tri-Cities will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to Los Angeles. Allegiant will utilize 150-seat, MD-80 series, jet-aircraft on the route.
