Allan Chung Recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication

SYOSSET, N.Y., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Allan Chung, of Hong Kong, China, has been included in the Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Edition for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of architecture.

ABOUT ALLAN CHUNG

Mr. Chung has had over eight years of experience in architectural detail and project management.  His results-oriented, hands-on style has propelled his career to the forefront of successful accomplishments on several foreign projects.  He began as an intern at Lohan Associates in Chicago, working on the Soldier Field Stadium Redevelopment.  He worked at that firm from 2001-2003 after which he was employed by Lohan Caprile Goettsch Architects, also in Chicago, from 2003-2005.  His projects there included the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, Guangzhou, China, where he served as Project Manager for a 5-star hotel and a 19-story office tower, the Hyatt Regency Suzhou, Suzhou, China, working on a 21-story hotel, service apartment and retail complex and the Suzhou Genway Tower, a 20-story office building.  Mr. Chung began at Goettsch Partners, Chicago, in 2005, where he currently is employed as an Associate.  He served as Project Manager on the Nexus Center, Beijing, China, a 37-story office tower, worked on the façade sheets design development of the City Gateway Complex Auditorium in Xi'an, China, and was the Project Captain at the Jinghope Plaza, Suzhou, China, working on the hotel and office towers and the retail podium multi-towers complex.  Mr. Chung graduated with Honors with a B.Arch. from the College of Architecture, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, in 2003.  He received the Samuel Horowitz Memorial Scholar Award in 1999 and made the Dean's List for academic excellence in 2002 and is LEED AP credentialed.  He speaks, reads and writes fluent Chinese.
