'All for Haiti': America TeVe Starts a Humanitarian Bridge to Help Earthquake Victims in Haiti
America TeVe's family urges South Florida to Join This Community Effort for People Affected
MIAMI, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- America TeVe announces that this Friday, January 22 beginning at 4 p.m. on "Arrebatados" and during our live programming, "Noticias 41," "Aqui Todos Ganan," "El Show de Fernando Hidalgo," "A Mano Limpia," and "Pellizcame que estoy Sonando" we will unite for the special coverage of "All for Haiti" in an effort to collect essential items for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.
During our special coverage of "All for Haiti" we will urge the South Florida community to come to America TeVe and drop off any donations that could help victims of the earthquake that devastated Haiti. America TeVe's talent: Maria Laria, Juan Manuel Cao, Yossie Galindo, Nelson Bustamante, Fernando Hidalgo, Oscar Haza, Carlos Otero, Felix Guillermo, and Alejandra Molina, among others, will be present for this special assignment, whose goal will be to obtain donations brought to our facilities located at 13001 NW 107th Avenue, Hialeah Gardens. Over 100,000 dead, a devastated population, pain, need and desperation have been the outcome of this disaster. America TeVe is requesting urgent help from the community to help earthquake victims in Haiti. Those willing to help with the cause, please bring the following to our facilities located in Hialeah Gardens: water, canned food, tents, infant supplies, flashlights, clothing, medicine, basic necessity items for children and adults, and monetary contributions. Several nonprofit organizations in South Florida along with America TeVe clients and sponsors will be present during this special coverage of "All for Haiti." They, along with our talent will encourage the community to extend a helping hand to the people of Haiti.
From Haiti, America TeVe will have direct contact with Marilou Roy, from Port au Prince, who has offered help to hundreds of Haitians, who have been left homeless. Roy, with the help of her family, has taken responsibility for many of the victims by giving them food and a place to sleep in her home.
We will work with Roy, one of our sources in Haiti, and Signal 90.5 FM radio station through our site www.americateve.com. We will also be in contact with 90.5 FM, a radio station in Haiti, through which the Haitian community will have direct contact with our channel and by joining forces with Haiti's radio station, our channel will have direct contact with the victims.
