Bank boosts direct marketing campaign effectiveness with Teradata Relationship Manager

The implementation provides new marketing capabilities including advanced customer segmentation and multi-touch customer communications. The new database-driven software will increase the depth of analytical intelligence and enable multi-touch marketing – an essential in today's complex markets. TRM will be a technology enabler for Alior Bank's Acquisition and Cross-Selling Program, bringing a higher degree of campaign automation in an environment experiencing a dynamically growing customer base. TRM enables easy and transparent management of a wide spectrum of marketing campaigns in high-growth markets.

TRM has capabilities to bring more precision to a marketer's selection of prospective customers, and provides a range of selection options, including a point and click segmentation interface so that marketing messages can be instantly matched to the most relevant customers. The new implementation gives Alior Bank a variety of possibilities for creating different types of marketing campaigns such as one-step and single channel campaigns or complex campaigns that involve multichannel and multi-touch communications.
Teradata Relationship Manager enables a refined selection of customers by specific criteria, including individual behavior, which improves customization of the bank offer to individual customer needs. Selected leads are available as contacts in specific channels of distribution. This improves knowledge about the customer and responds to his or her needs on every level of communication.
Initial production campaigns were launched only two months after beginning the implementation. The fast launch was enabled by applying a special packaged offer called "TRM Pack for Retail Banking" – which is a quick-start solution that synthesizes Teradata expertise and software in TRM implementations across the Polish and European market.
