Alinean Expands Headquarters in Downtown Orlando
Growth in Demand for Value-Based Sales and Marketing Tools Drives Expansion
ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Alinean, the leading creator of value-based interactive sales and marketing tools for B2B vendors, today announced the expansion and relocation of its headquarter offices to the tenth floor of the One Eleven building (111 North Magnolia Avenue) in downtown Orlando. The new office space is about 50% larger than the prior downtown Orlando office, designed to accommodate key new financial/business analyst and business development hires.
Situated in the heart of Downtown Orlando, One Eleven is a showcase of the growing skyline, featuring a modern glass exterior with floor to ceiling glass, delivering some of the best views of the downtown Orlando skyline and Lake Eola. The new Alinean offices are designed to foster creativity with open offices and workspaces, exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors and cool artwork.
"Alinean had a very specific look and feel that they wanted to provide to both their employees and customers," said Greg Morrison, CCIM, SIOR, principal with Morrison Commercial Real Estate who was the leasing agent. "We did a thorough search of the downtown core and considered a variety of options. In the end, the One Eleven Magnolia building was the one that truly fit the bill."
"We are thrilled that Alinean made the right choice in selecting One Eleven for their Headquarters and we look forward to having them as a Tenant. One Eleven offers an array of amenities in the heart of downtown making it the perfect choice for Alinean's new home," said Jeff Patterson, vice president with Lincoln Property Company, the developer and property manager for the One Eleven building.
Via the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC), Alinean has been approved to receive incentives from the city of Orlando and state of Florida through the Qualified Target Industry Tax Refunds (QTI) to expand its operations in the city of Orlando.
"We are happy that Alinean found a bigger home in downtown Orlando and welcome their contribution to the region's economy," said Brian Walters, executive vice president of the Metro Orlando EDC.
Alinean was founded in 2001 and its first office was located at the UCF Technology Incubator. The company expanded into Research Park in 2002 and then moved to downtown Orlando in 2005.
