Alienation Plan Foiled and Father Re-United with Daughter
CHICAGO, June 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In the early hours of Monday morning, a dedicated and loving Chicago father received a text message from the mother of his child stating that she was taking his daughter to Wisconsin and that she did not know if she, or his daughter, would ever be returning to Illinois. This terrified and desperate father pleaded with the mother not to take his daughter from him, but despite all of his efforts the mother took the child to an unknown and undisclosed location in Wisconsin.
This devastated father called Fathers' Rights Attorney Jeffery Leving in a state of panic to see what he could do for him. Leving's Legal team spearheaded by Attorney Austin Vandeveer immediately sprang into action and rushed into Court where he obtained an Emergency Order calling for the immediate return of this father's daughter to Illinois, that the child was to be placed in the care and control of this father, that the mother was enjoined from removing the child from Illinois, and that the mother's parenting time must be supervised. A very powerful Court Order safeguarding the father-child relationship.
Thereafter, the Leving Team was able to narrow down the location of the child, and working in connection with local law enforcement, was able to locate this father's daughter and assisted in her return to her loving and caring father.
This father has now been reunited with his daughter despite the unilateral decision by the mother to remove the child to Wisconsin. Thanks to the success of Leving's team, they were able to ensure that this caring father will have plenty of happy and joyful days with his daughter for the future.
