Catering to the oil and gas industries since 2002, GPS a specialized contingent workforce, service solutions and vendor management company.  GPS provides temporary staffing, permanent placement and independent contractor services for its clients.

As President, Alicia specializes in business development, consulting, placement and staffing services; as well as power generation, project engineering and much more. Having grown up in the oil and gas industry, Alicia brings years of experience and knowledge to the table. Throughout the years, she has established and maintained clientele across the globe as well as within numerous major geological areas.

Alicia has been accepted into the Yale Global Executive Leadership Program for 2016-2017.  Furthermore, Alicia maintains affiliation with NAPW, Bright Light Foundation and volunteers for Special Olympics. Aside from the demands of work, she enjoys golfing, gardening and painting.

In her earlier years, Alicia studied at both the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and Benedictine University prior to completing the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in Negotiation and Leadership.
