ALI CLE to Offer Annual Course on Latest Estate Planning Trends for Family Business Owners

This ALI CLE course is the only national CLE program specifically designed for those who represent family business owners. Registrants learn the latest estate planning strategies and get expert advice on guiding clients' financial and business succession planning. Topics including transfer planning strategies for business interests and estate planning strategies for business owners in second marriages will be covered. In addition, this year's program will discuss new topics such as business succession planning and dealing with intra-family rivalries.
