This renowned ALI CLE program features the country's most experienced practitioners as they share strategies, tips, and insights on some of the most complex challenges estate planners encounter. This course offers an immersive, in-depth classroom learning experience plus informal learning and networking opportunities at a host of special extracurricular events.
This year's program will cover topics such as portability, assisting elderly and disabled clients, digital assets, estate planning for business owners, and nuptial agreements. Both ethics and trusts and divorce will be taught by Jeffrey Pennell of Emory Law School who is one of the finest CLE lecturers in the nation.
