Alerian Announces Winners and Hall of Fame Inductees of the 2016 Ammys

DALLAS, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Alerian announced today the 20 winners and 9 Hall of Fame inductees of the 2016 Alerian MLP Awards, or Ammys. These individuals and companies were first recognized at the Inaugural Ammys Dinner, hosted by Latham & Watkins partner Tim Fenn at The Houston Club in Houston, Texas on February 16.

"There is tremendous value in not just focusing on what's urgent, but also what's important," Alerian President & CEO Kenny Feng said. "Recognizing the individuals and companies responsible for bringing MLPs from their humble beginnings 35 years ago to where they are today, however challenging today may look, is important."

Headlining the inaugural class of Hall of Fame inductees was Dan Duncan, co-founder of Enterprise Products Partners (EPD). Accepting the award on behalf of her late father after a moving video tribute was Randa Duncan Williams. The Ammys Selection Committee (ASC), composed of 10 non-Alerian industry veterans, also inducted two others from Enterprise—President Randy Fowler and Vice President of Investor Relations Randy Burkhalter.
