Sale of Ultimate Aircraft Deicing to PrimeFlight
DANBURY, Conn., Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Alderman & Company® announced that it has completed its engagement as the exclusive financial advisor to Ultimate Aircraft Deicing ("Ultimate") in regard to its sale to PrimeFlight, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group.
