ASG welcomes Wendy Sherman and other senior experts to global team
WASHINGTON, Jan. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG) today announced the addition of new senior team members who enhance the firm's client offerings across multiple regions and bring decades of experience in government, international relations, corporate social responsibility, and the technology, energy, and social sectors. These additions also further expand ASG's capabilities across Africa, South Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

New ASG Senior Counselor:
Wendy Sherman rejoins ASG after her distinguished service as U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs. Among her varied global responsibilities, Ambassador Sherman led the U.S. negotiating team that reached agreement on a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action between the P5+1, the European Union, and Iran. Prior to her most recent service at the U.S. Department of State, she was a Vice Chair of the Albright Stonebridge Group. Ambassador Sherman's experience from her years in business, government, international affairs and politics helps ASG clients gain understanding of geopolitical developments, navigate international markets and constructively address policy challenges around the world.
New ASG Senior Advisors:
Daniel Feldman brings over 20 years of experience in international trade policy and corporate social responsibility to ASG, and works closely with clients of the firm's South Asia, Middle East and Europe practices, and on global projects. As Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan at the U.S. Department of State, Ambassador Feldman was a principal advisor to Secretaries Kerry and Clinton on economic growth, regional integration, and other issues related to those countries. He is a partner in the international trade practice of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP.
Ekenem Isichei joins ASG's Africa practice and helps clients with market entry, risk management, government relations, and regulatory affairs. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, Mr. Isichei's deep on-the-ground experience and strong relationships across Africa, particularly in West Africa, benefit ASG's clients with interests on the continent. He has served as a senior consultant to multinational energy and consumer products companies and has held consulting roles at Accenture and BP.
Michael Madnick helps ASG's clients with strategic planning, government relations, issue advocacy, and the development and implementation of shared value programs. He brings to ASG a broad background in global policy, international philanthropy, and in developing cross-sector partnerships. Mr. Madnick has held senior roles at organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the United Nations Foundation, and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition.
Antonio Ortiz-Mena provides strategic advice to companies and organizations to help them meet their business objectives throughout Latin America. In addition to serving eight years as Head of Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, DC, Dr. Ortiz-Mena has held multiple senior advisory roles within the Mexican government. He has significant experience advising companies with interests in Mexico, and Mexican companies with business in the U.S., on regulatory and government issues, and has worked extensively in the energy, telecommunications, and aviation sectors.
Nicole Wong offers deep expertise in information and communication technology policy, media, and intellectual property law to help ASG's clients in the technology sector and beyond. Ms. Wong served previously served at the White House as Deputy Chief Technology Officer of the United States, where she led the application of technology, data, and innovative practices across the government. Her extensive technology background also includes senior legal and regulatory roles at Google and Twitter, as well as work with a broad range of client companies in the ICT sector.
