In her new role, Ms. Motto will lead all aspects of Albemarle's global Catalysts business unit and will be responsible for the business unit's financial performance, as well as developing and implementing its successful long-term strategy.

Since joining Albemarle in 1995, after completing a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Amy has had a broad and deep career. In 2005, she moved into a general manager role for single site/metallocene catalysts and promoted to her current role as Division Vice President for Performance Catalysts Solutions (PCS) in 2008. She led the redefinition of the organometallics business into the current PCS division and tripled the operating profit of the division during the past four years.
