Albemarle Fine Chemistry Services expands in Tyrone, Pennsylvania

BATON ROUGE, La., Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB), a global developer, manufacturer and marketer of highly engineered specialty chemicals and services, announced today that it has completed an expansion at its Tyrone, Pennsylvania custom manufacturing facility. The expansion, which doubles the capacity for a proprietary chemical product manufactured for an Albemarle customer, began operation earlier in November and is now operating at full rates.
