BATON ROUGE, La., Jan. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) today announced the successful completion of the previously announced sale of its Tribotecc metal sulfides business to Treibacher Industrie AG. The transaction included sites in Vienna and Arnoldstein, Austria and Tribotecc's proprietary sulfide synthesis process. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
