Alaska Joins the Collective Medical Network for Real-Time Care Coordination

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Collective Medical, delivering the nation's largest network for care coordination, is pleased to announce Alaska's statewide implementation of Collective Medical's platform to support improved patient outcomes.  This effort is a result of Collective Medical's collaborative partnership with The Alaska State Hospital and Nursing Home Association (ASHNHA), the State of Alaska, and the Alaska Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
