AirTran Airways Launches 48-Hour Baltimore/Washington Super Sale
-More than 50 Cities on Sale To and From the Nation's Capital-
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today launched a 48-hour super sale for travel to all of the airline's destinations to and from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
These special fares are available for purchase for 48-hours only, through August 13, 2010, and are good for travel through October 27, 2010. Fares are available for travel Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
"Visitors to the nation's capitol can enjoy cool weather and the beautiful fall colors of Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia or experience fresh seafood in Baltimore all while enjoying some extremely low fares," said Tad Hutcheson, vice president of marketing and sales, AirTran Airways. Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or an overnight stay. These sale fares require a 14-day advance purchase.
