AIRIS Names Oil Field Service Experts to New Leadership Positions
HOUSTON, May 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Building upon its strengths, AIRIS Wellsite Services welcomes two new team members to assist in the mission of making the wellsite harm-free. Rob Heiberger is AIRIS' new Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations from the Houston office. MacLean Price is serving in Executive Sales, based in Denver to serve key clients in the western region.
Both Heiberger and Price will help wellsites connect with AIRIS' patented total dust control solution. New OSHA guidelines in effect now place strict standards on workers' exposure to respirable crystalline silica at the wellsite. Failing to comply with the guidelines could result in fines and lawsuits when the standards become enforceable in June 2018.
Operations Manager Rob Heiberger has vast experience on the well pad, previously managing field services for Schlumberger, and overseeing pressure pumping fleets for Bayou Well Services. With an attitude for safety, service, and quality, Heiberger understands the needs of E&Ps and pressure pumpers, especially in worker training, equipment performance, and SOP implementation, all essential elements for a silica exposure-compliant well pad.
"Our bench just got even deeper," says Katie Sallee, AIRIS Vice President of Operations & Controller. "Rob's experience means he understands customers' challenges, and his completions expertise will help countless customers respond to changing OSHA rules."
MacLean Price brings 20 years of experience in oil field services to his new position with AIRIS. Previously serving in field service engineering, global marketing, and product development for Baker Hughes, Price understands the market's current potential. He also sees adapting to new regulatory and compliance standards as key to maximizing success as the market rebounds.
"Having MacLean on board means clients operating in the West have a go-to guy," says Santo Petitto, AIRIS Vice President of Sales. "MacLean's presence in Denver brings new technical insight to that key market regarding the far-reaching ramifications of OSHA's new silica guidelines."
