Aircastle Announces Proposed Offering of $400 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes
STAMFORD, Conn., March 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today that it plans to offer an aggregate of $400 million principal amount of its senior notes due 2023 (the "notes"). Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft or the refinancing of its existing indebtedness.
