Air Products Responds to Delaware Supreme Court Decision
LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., Nov. 23, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Products (NYSE: APD) today issued the following statement in response to the Delaware Supreme Court's decision to overturn the previous decision by the Delaware Chancery Court validating a by-law approved by shareholders of Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) that requires Airgas to hold its next annual meeting in January 2011:

On February 11, 2010, Air Products Distribution, Inc. ("Purchaser"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
