For the second consecutive year, the company's Report was prepared using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 guidelines, a benchmark framework used by organizations worldwide to measure and report their economic, environmental and social performance to stakeholders.
Presented in electronic format through an interactive PDF and clickable GRI Index, the Report speaks to the company's priorities around sustainability and key accomplishments and challenges, including updates on performance against emissions, energy, waste and water targets; employee safety, diversity and inclusion, and training initiatives; stakeholder engagement, including community involvement and customer relationships; and more.
